29th Annual Oncology Nursing Foundation/Pfizer Oncology Fun Run/Walk and Wheelchair Event

Among the many events ONS Congress® offers to help you prioritize your well-being, the annual Oncology Nursing Foundation/Pfizer Oncology Fun Run/Walk and Wheelchair is a classic. Lace-up your sneakers and kick off your Saturday morning with us as the exercise event returns for its 29th year. Exercise, in any shape or form, is a great way to help boost not only your physical health but also your mental and emotional health. In addition to helping you alleviate stress, the event raises money for a great cause.
Event Details
Participants have two options: Run in a 5K, or leisurely walk 1.5 miles. The event will take place on Saturday, April 30, in the Anaheim Convention
Center’s Grand Plaza from 6 to 7:30 am.
Register online when registering for ONS Congress for $40 or submit your registration form at the Pfizer Oncology booth #501, located in the Learning Hall, along with the $45 fee. All proceeds benefit the Oncology Nursing Foundation and its Ann Olson Memorial Scholarship Fund for oncology nurses pursuing a doctoral degree or clinical doctoral degree.
Meet us at the Grand Plaza on Saturday at 6 am for a warm-up, and the Fun Run will begin at 6:15 am, rain or shine. Participants receive an event t-shirt, while supplies last, before the event, and a participation ribbon and refreshments after the event.
The top finishers also receive medals. ONS Congress is vast, but don’t forget to slow down and take it all in. Prioritize yourself and take a moment to do something a little different. We look forward to seeing you bright and early on Saturday morning!
